Warranty Conditions

6 YEAR WARRANTY

For all collaxx products purchased from January 1, 2025, you will receive a 6-year manufacturer's warranty, even when used in the ceiling area of commercial installations.

Please observe the warranty conditions carefully!

	Continuous Batten Light PROFESSIONAL	privately or commercial used sauna or infrared cabin horizontal installation with original holding clamps Installation height up to sauna ceiling (except directly above the sauna heater)
	Silicone Pottet Aluminium Profile	in saunas according to the installation situation specified when ordering, also directly above the sauna heater up to 175°C in steam baths except for installation situation A (shining upwards).
	Modular Batten Light	extended warranty only for privately used saunas.
	Ceiling Panel	installation in the ceiling area of private or commercial saunas up to 125°C, but not directly above the sauna heater
	Wall Remote Control	commercial: either inaccessible to the sauna guest or at least 5mm partially recessed with a 1.5mm surrounding gap
	Power Supply	max. 40°C ambient temperature and sufficient ventilation
	Standard Cables	only for privately used saunas, also in the ceiling area, but not directly above the sauna heater
	DC Adapter & Y Junction	in a dry environment at max. 40°C ambient temperature
	Körperschallwandler	operation with collaxx Bluetoothplayer

General conditions:
Compliance with the ambient conditions according to the technical data.
No modifications.
Operation with original accessories.
No mechanical damage.
Valid for products purchased from January 1, 2025 – the invoice date must be verifiable.
Defective appliances must be returned to validate the warranty claim.
We send a replacement product – no on-site replacement.
